If you've been diagnosed with compression in your spine, then this treatment may help! It is not for everyone, so a thorough evaluation must be performed beforehand. If we decide it is necessary to use the Y Strap, we will. Prior to the adjustment, we will warm the spine up with soft tissue mobilization (Rapid Release instrument), stretching and correct any rotational abnormalities.
